The task in front of me is never as strong as the power behind me

The Children I will be teaching at Art Land are my inspiration. I am very excited to meet each and every one of them. I get through the daunting boring paper work knowing that at the top of the mountain there they are! These great wonderful kids, and parents I get to see and work with every day. I get to share my knowledge and learn all about their inner artists :)

"Every child is an Artist, the problem is how to remain and artist once he grows up" Pablo Picaso

Having the freedom to create things and wonderful masterpieces with brilliant minds, keeps me buzzing with excitement.

"Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school." Albert Einstein"

To be entrusted with the artistic talents of thousand of children in Winnipeg
is a true honor, and I wouldn't be where I am today with out the trust of the parents.

I am truly blessed by my clients and am looking forward to fall!

  1. What would you like me to tell my son who I can't bear to tell him that Artland is closed forever...or is it? Are you closed or not? We waited patient to hear of when you would relocate to the new spot. We even went to that spot and the other temporary places were you set up camp. He still asks about Artland every week. He truly loved it there. I saw it in his face, in his eyes. He had this sense of pride that I had never seen in him before. I understand unfortunate circumstances took place but why not just man up and tell the world 'yes I'm closed and I'm closed for good'. Why did we have to play a guessing game over these past months? Why did we wait thinking you'd open again instead of trying to find another art program. If these children were truly your inspiration then you must not have seen them very clearly because it's not you who will have to break their hearts and dampen their imagination...it's us the parents!
